What can I expect?
We offer a few pace groups at our events. After a big group picture, we’ll split into pace groups (led by volunteers), do a quick warm-up, and then we’re off! When your pace group returns from your run, you’ll have time to eat, drink, and meet some new friends.
RUN CREW
Wednesdays, 6:30 pm @ rotating locations.
1 mile - no drop and no pace. Come as you are, Run as you are! We also offer the option to run a second mile when you return. Talk to your Pacer about this.
3 Mile - pace groups from 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, and 11:30.
TRAILS
Biweekly Saturdays, 10:00 am @ rotating locations
3 miles - 11:00ish and 12:00ish pace groups. No drop, we stick together!
All dates and locations released monthly
